You can ask us to delete the personal information Veesva holds about you. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens next.
How to request deletion
Email hello@veesva.com from the email address associated with your account, or include the phone number or account you want removed, with the subject line "Data deletion request". If you reach us on WhatsApp, you can also reply with "DELETE MY DATA".
What we delete
We delete the personal information associated with your request — your contact details, and the messages and tickets tied to your account or number — except where we are required to retain certain records by law (for example, tax or legal-compliance obligations), which we keep only for as long as required and then delete.
Timeframe
We verify and action deletion requests within a reasonable time, and aim to complete them within 30 days. We will confirm by email once your data has been deleted.
